I have the pleasure and privilege of meeting some of the nicest people in porn. The AVN Awards, set in Las Vegas, is a perfect chance to meet your favourite stars. Today I’ll be introducing you to the nicest people in porn that I have personally had the luck to meet.
The AVN Awards, and the convention before it, is the place to go to meet your favourite pornstars. The expo spans half a week, showcasing the biggest stars, studios and products. It’s a fantastic holiday, set in the magic land of Las Vegas, so even when you’re not at the convention there are tons of things to do.
I’ve been twice now and it’s always been one of the highlights of my year. It’s here that I’ve met some of my pornstar heroes, who also happen to be some of the nicest people in porn you’ll ever meet.
Hitomi Tanaka
Hitomi Tanaka is a legend in the porn industry. When I had the chance to meet her for the first time at the AVNs, it was amazing. Although we didn’t speak the same language, she showed so much kindness and joy that I understood everything she was trying to say. Of course the translator also helped. When I interviewed her, she gave me a kiss which I wasn’t expecting!
Hitomi is still a good friend to me now, and is even helping me to learn Japanese! She’s been studying english, and we’re able to have fun chats togethers. If you ever get the chance, you should definitely find her at a convention. She’s fun, friendly and it’ll be an experience you won’t forget!

Nina Hartley
I can’t think of anyone who hasn’t heard of Nina Hartley. A veteran of the industry, Nina is like a mother hen for all newcomers. When I first met Nina, she gave me some of the best advice I’ve ever had.

Anikka Albrite and Mick Blue
The golden couple of porn, Anikka Albrite and Mick Blue are two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They are as hot as it comes, but completely down to earth and super open and friendly.
When meeting them I felt a little star-struck, but they instantly put me at ease. The two compliment each other so well. I can understand the full meaning behind #CoupleGoals when I follow them. It’s so wonderful to see them be so supportive of each other’s careers, and beam with pride and each other’s achievements.
Amarna Miller
Amarna Miller is one of the nicest people in porn that I have met accidentally. Without a doubt of the best surprise impromptu interviews I’ve had the pleasure of doing. She’s a really fun girl to follow on social media, and even has her own youtube account which is really popular.

Valentina Nappi
I learnt all my blowjob moves from watching Valentina Nappi’s videos. She has so much passion. It was amazing then for me to brush past her in a crowded hall at the AVN awards last year.
Despite clearly being in a rush, she still talked to me as we walked and even arranged to let me interview her. I really respect someone who’s so popular and in demand but still makes time to talk to their fans. She always seems to go the extra mile and really enjoys it too.
