Cindy Starfall: “Yes! Being raised until my teenage years in Vietnam, I couldn’t express myself much. I didn’t even have a say in my clothes, my food, nor who my friends are. All the decisions were made for me from my family. I definitely didn’t show my sexual side until i turn 18 years old.”

Sugarcookie: Was It Difficult Telling Your Family About What You Do Now, Or Were They Accepting Of The Decision?
Cindy Starfall: “My family found out first and, yes, it was difficult because every Asian family wants their daughter to be a doctor, lawyer, nurse etc. Those career are great choices but they’re not for me and I’m just tired of my family telling me what to do with my life. Being in porn is definitely a rebellious move for me but I’m loving it. It helps me pay off my college loan, it helps me become an independent boss, it helps me with traveling the world. My family doesn’t accept my decision. I don’t think they will ever accept it. You can only educate people so much about the adult industry but you can’t change their perception. I just simply don’t deal with negative people anymore in my life.”
Sugarcookie: We Know You Used To Work A 9-5 Gig, What Made You Decide To Pursue A Career In Porn?
Cindy Starfall: “I found my former corporate job to be so conservative. I kept getting called up to HR room for making sexual jobs. I wanted to surround myself with people who doesn’t take sex seriously, who just want to have fun. I always admired the girls in the magazine how they love their body and I think I can do the same too. Because of porn, I’m more confident than I ever am throughout my early years.”

Cindy Starfall: “Of course. When I joined the adult industry, I just wanted to pay off my student loan. I didn’t think much about it because of my strong accent. I see all the successful pornstars are Americans and I looked up to them. To get nominated and win awards, I’m just so honored that I can represent Vietnam and the fun side that we bring to the party.”

Cindy Starfall: “Find a reputable agency! Do your research on the best agency to represent you and bring you into the door. Save money! It doesn’t last forever so save for the rainy days. Invest your money! Use the money you make to invest on other things that will make you money too. Hustle! Porn is fun but also is a job. The more you hustle, the more money you make because you’re your own boss.”
